These terms cover TopFoil: Trading Card Maker, provided by Ellvan Studios. A parent or guardian should review these terms with children using the app. Contact ellvanstudios@gmail.com with questions.

Making cards

You may use TopFoil to create and collect your own digital cards for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Only import pictures and text you own or have permission to use. Do not use the app to create unlawful, abusive or exploitative content or infringe someone else's rights.

Your work and our artwork

You keep any rights you already have in artwork and text you import or write. Using the app does not transfer those rights to Ellvan. TopFoil's branding, code and bundled artwork remain subject to their respective rights. We permit the bundled artwork to be used in personal cards made with TopFoil; this is not a licence to resell or redistribute the raw artwork or app assets. Some bundled artwork is AI-assisted. We do not promise exclusive rights in generated imagery or grant rights owned by others.

Digital collectibles, not physical products

Cards, foil, sleeves and slabs shown in TopFoil are digital visual effects. Graded-style labels are decorative, not professional authentication or grading. Cards have no promised cash value. This app does not currently provide a card marketplace, payment checkout, physical printing or delivery.

Local storage and availability

Your cards and drafts are stored on your device. There is no Ellvan cloud backup or account recovery service in this version. Clearing data, losing your device or changing browsers can remove access to your collection. Features and bundled content may change as the app develops. We aim to keep the app useful but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or removes your statutory consumer rights. These terms do not give permission to use third-party characters, names or trademarks without the relevant rights. TopFoil is an independent card-creation app and is not affiliated with other trading-card brands.
